Product Information & Pricing
We make every effort to display the colors, descriptions, and prices of our handcrafted batik garments as accurately as possible. However:
- Handmade batik products may have slight unique variations in wax details and dye colors, which are not considered defects.
- Prices on the site are subject to change without prior notice.
- If WooCommerce Multi-Currency is active, the final amount charged might vary slightly depending on your bank’s prevailing exchange rate at the moment of payment.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total purchase amount (including shipping costs) to your selected payment method. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent transaction activity.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer islandwide delivery in Sri Lanka and international shipping. Delivery times are estimated based on working business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and may vary due to custom clearances or carrier delays.
