Because all our products are 100% handmade, slight variations in color and pattern may occur compared to the images displayed on the website. These variations are the hallmark of authentic batik craftsmanship.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept secure payments via major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) through our payment gateway (PayHere), as well as direct bank transfers.
4. Order Fulfillment
Orders will be processed upon successful payment verification. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer a replacement or a full refund.
