Shipping Policy

At Rathna Batik, we strive to deliver our handcrafted batik products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible, whether you are in Sri Lanka or anywhere else in the world.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders for available stock are processed within 2–3 working days.

For Tailor-made or Custom orders, processing time may take 7–14 working days depending on the complexity of the design.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Sri Lankan statutory holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Sri Lanka)
Delivery Time: Typically 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Partners: We use reliable local courier services to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)
We proudly ship our authentic handmade products to customers across the globe.

Delivery Time: International shipping usually takes 7–21 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. These will be confirmed during the checkout process.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Rathna Batik is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your Tracking Number.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your delivery status online.

5. Damages & Loss
Rathna Batik ensures high-quality packaging to prevent damage during transit.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.

We are not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier service.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer.

Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
