Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

International Returns:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any re-shipping fees for the exchanged item.

Rathna Batik is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Custom & Sale Items: Tailor-made products and items purchased during clearance sales cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a quantifiable manufacturing defect.
